GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL COMMITTEE

Grievance Redressal Cell of Sri Ganesh College of Arts and Science (GRC-SGCAS) aims to look into the complaints lodged by any student and redress it as per requirement. The students can state their grievance regarding any academic and non- academic activities within the campus. The meet of the cell happens every month to examine the function of the grievances and redresses system.

Objectives

  •   Desire to promote and maintain a conducive and unprejudiced environment

  • Assure the proper solution by the fair means

  • Create awareness about problem and solution and the right attitude to face it.

  • Ensure expeditious settlement of grievances of Students in order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the institute.

  • Prompt and needy action is ensured to redress the grievances.

  • The grievances are redressed according to the nature of the problem. It will be begin with oral warning, memos and other remedy.

  • Assure if it can be handled by the authorities of the college or needs to seek help from parents,etc.,

  • Check the repeated complaint if any.
